Charles Rambo

How many of you knew that Charles played jazz trombone in Kansas City clubs in the 1930s? "Two photos are from my Grandfathers musical days playing jazz trombone in Kansas City clubs in the 1930's. I still have his trombone and play it regularly in a local jazz band." "He himself worked a few summers during high school and college for the company, mostly doing manual labor and "digging ditches" as he says. He basically used the money he made to pay his way through college." "Another photo is from 1928 showing him in a car that he built himself! He always had a genius engineering mind, even as a teenager."
